Emotional Support and Counselling
You might find these therapies helpful when you really need to express your feelings and worries about your illness and the impact it is having on you and your family and carers. Touch therapies may be useful to help you feel more comfortable with your body. They might help you to unwind and reduce some of the physical pain and discomfort that you feel. Find out more
Healing and Energy Therapies
These therapies are not used in any way to cure cancer or its effects – rather they may help you to feel more whole as a person. They also provide an excellent way of allowing you to compose yourself and be able to talk and express your feelings about your illness. Find out more
