Yoga Classes

We are now delighted to offer clients Yoga classes for those affected by cancer, classes are held on a weekly basis at St Andrews United Reformed Church on Hanover Way (two doors away from the Cavendish Centre).

Monday mornings: 10am – 11.30am.

Please report to Cavendish Cancer Care for your first appointment and you will be shown where to go.

There is a charge of £3.50 for the session to cover costs. We will supply mats and blocks but please bring a pillow or cushion to increase your comfort.

Classes will be held in a block of 6. If all 6 sessions are paid for ahead, you will receive one free session. If you are unable to attend please phone the Centre as soon as you can as other people may be waiting for a place.

Prior to the Yoga class you will be given the opportunity to speak with the tutor to discuss your needs. She will contact you by phone once you have booked for your first class.

After each class (approximately one hour) you will have the opportunity to enjoy a drink, discuss any questions that may have arisen from the session and socialise with others within the group.
