What Next

When the care that you agreed with your assessor  is completed, you will communicate with your assessor again. Upon this reassessment you will have the opportunity to express your feelings with regards to the effectivness of your Cavendish Cancer Care. This may be face to face, via telephone or by post dependent upon your needs.

We would expect that you will have seen a real improvement in your ability to cope with your issues and feelings.

This will be an opportunity to think about how things are going and consider your next steps.
