Balls
A black tie ball or themed night, such as our Chinese New Year Celebration, is a fantastic way to raise money for us. We would recommend that you do not attempt this one on your own, but it is a great way of getting friends together to organise a evening that you will all enjoy.

Duck Race
Cavendish Cancer Care has been lucky enough to work with Sheffield International Venues (Ponds Forge) to host an indoor duck race on a grand scale. But, like all good things, it is not size that counts it’s actually doing it. If you wanted to stage your own duck race in a local venue on a smaller scale, we can certainly lend you some ducks.

Fashion Show
The students from Sheffield Hallam University are among many people who have organised a fashion show on our behalf. This one, displaying young local designers, not only raised funds for Cavendish Cancer Care but also spread the message of our services to young people and those new to the region. <>

Garden Party
A Garden Party is a fantastic way of getting together in the sunshine and having some fun while fundraising.

Ladies Lunch
Perhaps you are involved with a group that would enjoy a ladies lunch or you know enough friends who are keen to get together. A ladies lunch is an informal way of ladies socialising and, before you know it, you have raised much needed funds for Cavendish Cancer Care. Many hotels and banqueting establishments are quiet at lunchtime and there are some great deals to be found.
